Best Time To Visit Turkey
Spring and autumn can be said to be ideal times to visit Istanbul and Anatolia.
The climate is typically Mediterranean-like with mild winters and hot summers. Most of the precipitation occurs along the coast in the winter, so the summer months stay warm and dry, perfect for a tan.
As you travel further east in Turkey, the extremes in climate become more pronounced, with very hot and dry summers reaching 40°C. In winter, snowfall is heavy and cold. Therefore, we can say that spring, autumn and summer are the best times to visit Turkey.
We can say that the high season of Istanbul and Anatolia are April–May and September–October, as well as New Year and holiday holidays.
The Mediterranean and Aegean regions, on the other hand, receive a lot of tourists in the summer, it is recommended to make an early reservation for a holiday here. In summer, the sea water temperature and air are warmer in the Mediterranean region than in the Aegean.
